Lastlang is a small 1:1 coaching service run by one person in Japan. This page explains, in plain English, what information I collect, why, where it’s kept, and what you can ask me to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

What I collect

I don’t ask for anything I don’t need, and the form never collects payment.

Your journal

Your journal is used only to make your audio. I don’t publish it, sell it, share it with other clients, or use it for anything else.

To make the audio, journal text is processed by AI and text-to-speech tools. Before we start, I’ll tell you exactly which tools see it.

I keep journal text and the audio made from it only as long as needed to coach you, and delete it on request.

Where your application is stored

This website runs on Cloudflare. When you send the application form, your answers are stored in Cloudflare’s storage (Workers KV) under my account, so that I can read and reply to them. I may also get a short notification so I know a new application has arrived.

Applications are kept only as long as needed to coach you, and deleted on request.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t use cookies or tracking scripts. Cloudflare, which serves the site, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Who else sees your information

Only the services I need to run the coaching: the hosting provider (Cloudflare), the payment provider, the AI and text-to-speech tools mentioned above (journal text only), and the email and chat tools we use to talk. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and I’ll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, I’ll update this page and tell current clients directly.
